TIANHE 8 Stations D Candy, Milk, Cheawable, Effervescent Rotary Tablet Press Machine Brief Introduction:
ZPIL-230 series model ZPIL-8 full-closed type rotary tablet press is a new type of tablet press machine recently developed by our company, it is suitable for the production of highly sensitized tablets.

This machine is a rotary type tablet press which uses physical methods to create isolated environment (for tablets working area) to improve the separation level between the internal and external.
Physical separation devices include rigid and flexible barriers.
Pneumatic means include air flow and filtration.
The isolator is designed for the system working under the negative pressure relative to the environment, which conforms to ISO4 leakage test standard and ISO10648-2:1994 standard (closed classification and its inspection method).
The design of the isolation device conforms to the ergonomics, and the working area is easy to access and operate.
 
The design and development of isolator mainly consider the following functions:
- A barrier is formed between the isolation chamber and the surrounding environment;
- The tablet production of this tablet press is completely carried out in the isolator;
- The largest area of glass area to provide the best view, convenient operation;
- Large circular glove port, reducing the interface and working strength;
- Ensure the negative pressure mechanism in the isolation room;
- Ensure that potential contaminants are isolated in the isolator;
 
Ventilation and filtration system:
Special ventilation system shall be adopted for the isolator to ensure the air is discharged from the chamber under negative pressure to the safety chamber.In general, the main working chamber will be under negative pressure to ensure a proper level of safety. Therefore, a special control system is needed to keep the pressure in the controlled and maintained chamber at a constant negative value. According to the actual needs of the operator, compressed air or nitrogen can be used for ventilation. For safety reasons, high efficiency filters are installed at the inlet and outlet of the main working chamber filtration system.
- Working negative pressure of isolator chamber - 40Pa ~ - 80pa;
- Add mechanical seal or gas seal at the bearing cover at both ends of the pressing wheel to prevent water from entering the bearing;
- The roller frame structure is of the pedestal pile type, which is located on the middle plate, which can increase the pressure and facilitate cleaning;
- The lower guide rail adopts the side installation type;
- Grid feeder is adopted for easy cleaning;
- The filling structure is of pedestal pile type, which is located on the middle plate for easy cleaning;
- The thickness and filling are adjusted by motor, and the actuator and motor are in two different areas;
- A lower nozzle is arranged at the middle plate to collect the cleaning waste water;
 
Workflow
- Open the isolator door of the tablet press, and connect the sealed material barrel (5kg) with the hopper of the tablet press;
- Close the isolator door of the tablet press, open the ventilation and filtering system of the tablet press, and maintain the negative pressure in the tablet press room;
- Open the α. β valve to let the freeze-dried granulated particles enter the hopper of the tablet press;
- Using grid feeder to fill the medium mold cavity with particles (using grid feeder to facilitate cleaning);
- Adjust the tablet pressing parameters to obtain qualified tablets, and then enter the normal production state;
- The pressed tablets are stored in the tablet register; (or transported vertically into the coating machine)
- According to the tablet pressing speed, the vacuum feeder which can be cleaned on line is opened to transport the tablet directly to the coating machine;
- After the completion of all production, use the air gun to blow out the dust from the upper and lower guide rails of the tablet press which are difficult to clean;
- Use water gun to clean all parts of tablet press that need to be cleaned;
- The waste water generated from cleaning is led into the waste water collection tank through the drainage outlet;
 
Cleaning and waste water collection system
The system is a manual cleaning. In the isolation system, an air gun and a water gun (shared) are set. The parts to be cleaned are operated by gloves. The waste water generated by cleaning is led into the waste water collection tank through the drainage port, and a butterfly valve is set at the population of the waste water tank.

1. Reliable sealing and dust-proof system design, the working room maintains negative pressure when pressing the tablet, and its pressure difference can be continuously monitored and alarmed to ensure the safety of the operator.
2. The structure of the pressing chamber is relatively simple, convenient for disassembly and cleaning.
3. From feeding to tablet pressing, sampling and tablet discharging are all completed in closed state.
4. The operator can clean the pressing chamber with the compressed air spray gun and water gun arranged in the pressing chamber through the glove box.
5. With waste water collection system.
6. Adopt man-machine interface, PLC program control, convenient operation.
7. It has the functions of automatic display of faults, automatic alarm and shutdown.
8. Password login, permission setting, in accordance with 21CFR Part 11.
9. It has the display of main pressure, filling depth, tablet thickness, working output, etc.
10. After lactose leakage test, the leakage OEL value is less than 1 μ g / m3 within the specified time, and the leakage level can reach OEB5 class.
